TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES DELIVER THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE TO GUESTS Mise en Place: assist in preparing and cleaning the workstation, equipment, and facilities. Assist in delivering assigned service tasks with special attention to customers. Clear service items and clean the workstation. Prepare for the next service. Cashier duties under supervision (welcoming guests, managing cash register/POS, bidding farewell to guests). Recommend food and wine pairings. Advise customers on wines according to their personal preferences and selected dishes. Inform customers about different wine varieties and their prices. Ensure wines are served at the appropriate temperature and in suitable glassware. Store opened bottles properly to preserve flavor. ### **Requirements** Required language: Spanish. English is a plus
