Under our motto **QUALITY IS OUR MINDSET**, our purpose is to enable people to travel with complete peace of mind and confidence, ensuring that every mode of transport meets the highest standards of quality and safety. **Are you ready to take the next step?** **TEAM LEADER** * Duration: 10 months via ETT \+ potential permanent hiring. * Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with occasional night shifts (occasionally). * On-site mode. **Why work with us?** * Constant innovation: here, every day brings new challenges, new ideas, and new solutions. * Real growth: we support your growth from within through training and internal promotions. * Collaborative culture: we work as a team, celebrate achievements together, and learn from mistakes. **Your Mission** As a **Team Leader**, your primary mission will be to coordinate operational assignments, manage personnel, and ensure proper development of customer relationships, thereby contributing to the growth of the automotive industry. **Challenges You’ll Face:** * Define staffing requirements for assignments, ensure deployment of staff to assignments, and organize workstations. * Conduct position audits according to the Quality Management System, analyze and report deviations. * Ensure use of conformity control documents, traceability records, and quality follow-up documentation. * Assess needs for personal protective equipment (PPE) and office supplies; also manage available material stock. * Provide technical and specific support to your team during assignments. * Monitor component conformity. * Identify non-conformities and deviations, and implement preventive or corrective actions. * Prepare work areas and guarantee ergonomic workstation conditions. * Report to the Site Manager on assignment status and any incidents that arise, as well as internal and external suggestions received from the client. **What Will Make You Succeed in This Role:** * Education: CFGM or CFGS in Automotive Engineering or equivalent. * Experience managing teams and interacting with clients. * Practical knowledge of industrial environments. * Intermediate Excel skills and quality methodologies. **Your Selection Process Will Be:** 1\. Brief call to align expectations and get to know you (15 min). 2\. Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min). 3\.
