Job Summary: As part of the restocking team, this role involves restocking, assisting customers, labeling products, supporting inventory counts, and maintaining cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Restock, face, and rotate products on shelves. 2. Politely assist customers with questions regarding product features and locations, and collect their feedback. 3. Experience in restocking and operating a pallet jack. As a member of the store's restocking team, reporting to the Market Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Restock, face, and rotate products on shelves according to established frequency and order, * Politely assist customers who have questions about product features and locations, and collect their feedback, * Ensure all products are correctly labeled, * Support inventory counts and order processing, * Clean shelves, floors, products, and work equipment. We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, people, and possess the following qualifications: * Previous experience as a stock clerk and familiarity with section-specific products, * Vocational Training at Intermediate or Advanced Level is considered an asset, * Excellent customer service and welcoming attitude, * Ability to operate a pallet jack.
