




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor for a bridal fashion store, responsible for providing personalized customer service, driving sales, and managing overall store operations. Collaborate in comprehensive store management to ensure proper store operations CLARÁ GROUP is looking for a Sales Advisor to join its Aire Barcelona store — Vía Augusta. **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized service to customers throughout all stages of the process (sales and after-sales). * Drive store sales and support achievement of set targets. * Collaborate in all necessary operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning (order and stock management, preparation and execution of inventories, communication with external suppliers, monitoring of fittings and associated trials, etc.). * Perform all tasks related to the process from sale to order delivery. * Maintain the Visual Merchandising and Customer Service standards established by the brand. **Requirements:** * Minimum proven experience of 3 years in a similar role; experience in the Bridal Fashion sector is highly valued. * Knowledge of tailoring and experience in personalized retail (boutique) with excellent customer service skills are advantageous. * Intermediate level of English is desirable. * Candidate accustomed to working towards goals and incentives. * We seek proactive, solution-oriented individuals with strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills. * Sensitivity towards product and fashion. * Availability to work a weekly schedule of 30 hours.
