✨ About the Role We are seeking a First-Class HVAC Technician with passion for excellence and continuous challenges to work at a major and iconic sports organization located in the city of Barcelona. The purpose of this position is to execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring that an iconic large-scale sports event venue remains in perfect operational condition. **Your key responsibilities will include:** Conducting daily inspections and verifications to ensure all facilities operate correctly. Diagnosing, repairing, and preventing HVAC system failures, ensuring safety and efficiency. Managing and resolving incidents through the GMAO system, optimizing response times. Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan to extend the service life of assigned equipment. Supervising maintenance performed by external suppliers, guaranteeing service quality. Interpreting refrigeration schematics to ensure proper maintenance of critical systems. Valuable: ability to perform diverse repairs (e.g., locksmithing, plumbing) required on a daily basis at the facility. Acting as the point of contact for suggestions and continuous improvements regarding maintenance services. Ensuring inspection and commissioning of key equipment and components. What are we looking for in you? Vocational Training Certificate (FP) in HVAC, RITE Certification, and Fluorinated Gas Handling License. Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in maintaining large-scale installations or landmark venues, and in legally mandated technical preventive maintenance. Proficiency in office software at user level and familiarity with integrated maintenance management software (GMAO).
