The Barcelona factory is dedicated to ETO (Engineer to Order) projects, from which we primarily serve Europe, guaranteeing proximity, agility, and quality in our projects. Description: You will become part of the quality team in Barcelona, being part of a 6-person team focused on inspections, audits, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement. In a context of business growth, we need to incorporate a highly autonomous profile, motivated to join this growth project. The mission will be to participate in different stages of project execution as a link between quality and other functions, manage field incidents, manage corrective actions arising from incidents, and carry out Key Responsibilities: * Analyze field incidents with support from different departments * Participate in different stages of project execution and validate the decision to move to the next phase. Act as the quality liaison during project execution. * Evaluate and communicate risks during projects and implement preventive solutions. * Lead 5W and 8D analyses to identify root causes of incidents * Lead "lessons learned" activities * Maintain the field failure database and KPI Required Skills: * First/B2 level of English in a professional environment, ability to hold technical scope discussions Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar * +3 years of previous experience in the described roles * Availability to travel occasionally (External) Spanish Company Boiler Plate: **Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?** When considering joining a new team, culture matters.
