The purpose of this position is to carry out conductive and preventive maintenance according to the scheduled plan, ensuring that a prominent, large-scale sports event venue remains in perfect operational condition. **Your main responsibilities will include:** Conducting daily inspections and verifications to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities. Diagnosing, repairing, and preventing electrical failures, ensuring safety and efficiency. Managing and resolving incidents through the GMAO system, optimizing response times. Carrying out tasks outlined in the preventive maintenance plan to extend the service life of assigned equipment. Supervising maintenance work performed by external vendors, ensuring service quality. Interpreting basic electrical schematics to guarantee correct maintenance of critical systems. Prior experience performing diverse repairs (e.g., locksmithing, plumbing) required in day-to-day facility operations is highly valued. Acting as the point of contact for suggestions and continuous improvements regarding maintenance services. Ensuring inspection and commissioning of key equipment and components. What Are We Looking For? Vocational training qualification (FP) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent proven experience. A relevant professional license is considered an advantage. Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in maintaining large-scale facilities or iconic venues. Proficiency in standard office software at user level, and familiarity with integrated maintenance management software (GMAO).
