This role requires advanced Excel proficiency, experience in data management and manipulation, and a technology-oriented mindset focused on efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, you must possess business acumen related to commercial or customer areas to fully understand data logic and its operational impact. Responsibilities: * Prepare, clean, and transform data required for the SAP migration process. * Validate data consistency, integrity, and quality prior to loading. * Collaborate with the Off Invoice team to ensure data meets SAP project requirements. * Perform advanced Excel analysis and generate structured files for bulk loading. * Identify inconsistencies, propose solutions, and implement necessary adjustments to datasets. * Document processes and maintain structured version control of files. * Coordinate with technical and functional teams to resolve migration-related issues. * Contribute to automation and improvement of data-handling processes. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query or other data transformation tools). * Proven experience in data management, cleansing, and analysis. * Technology-savvy profile, process-oriented and efficiency-focused. * Business understanding in commercial or customer areas. * Attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills. * English desirable. * Prior experience in data migrations or SAP projects is a plus (not mandatory).
