




In 20 years, Codeo has established itself as a European leader in refurbished equipment and, in 2021, will achieve a turnover of €30 million, 60% of which will be exported. Codeo’s core business is the exchange of legacy equipment and the sale, maintenance, and rental of refurbished IT equipment. Our services target professionals from companies across diverse sectors, including distribution, logistics, transportation, hospitality, and industry. To support this growth, we are seeking a Business Developer eager to take on challenges and actively contribute to the circular economy. **Your Missions** Reporting to the Sales Director for Spain, you will develop business across the Iberian region and contribute to the growth of our refurbished IT equipment procurement and sales activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around the following key areas: **Commercial Development (Procurement / Sales)** * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Actively prospect new clients and identify IT equipment fleets for valuation. * Qualify leads in the CRM and conduct commercial meetings to assess client needs. * Negotiate the purchase and sale of refurbished equipment. * Expand the existing customer portfolio by offering additional services (rental, maintenance). * Conduct commercial visits (in person or via video call). **Partnerships and Network Development** * Identify and contact new suppliers in domestic and international markets. * Participate in in-person or online events to promote Codeo’s services and our vision of reuse. **Identification of New Equipment Fleets and Service Portfolio Development** * Propose equipment revaluation offers. * Contribute to the development and creation of new services and solutions. **PROFILE SOUGHT** * Higher education degree (commerce or related field). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial development or account management. * Proficiency in telephone prospecting and proposal presentation. * Strong negotiation skills (procurement / sales). * Proficiency with organizational tools (CRM, calendar). * Rigor, active listening, adaptability, dynamism, and team spirit. * Ability to work autonomously. * Languages: Catalan and English are mandatory; French is an asset. **Why Join Us?** * A key role within a company committed to the circular economy. * A stimulating and rapidly growing work environment. * A dynamic, innovation-oriented team. * Currently located in Castelldefels, with plans to relocate to industrial facilities in the Baix Llobregat area.
