Currently, **Sacyr Engineering and Infrastructures** is seeking a Contract Management Technician based in Barcelona. **Job functions and responsibilities:** * Manage progress and schedule information to ensure all necessary data is available if required. * Analyze and propose, together with the legal department, strategies regarding fines and instructions received from MOP, guiding company actions with the aim of minimizing exposure to fines and instructions that increase business unit cost structures. * Design new project control tools alongside emerging technologies and strategies to facilitate schedule management regarding final project outcomes. * Negotiate and reconcile positions aligned with contractual frameworks to enhance company profitability and reinforce contract compliance with external clients, strengthening business sustainability. * Ensure contract compliance with the purpose of securing the group's sustainability. * Prepare specialized reports to address claims and impacts affecting the project’s operation, design, or infrastructure. * Prepare technical reports on activities carried out within the company to send to headquarters. **We are seeking a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering in Civil Works, Civil Construction, or Construction Engineering. * At least one year of professional experience in Construction Contract Management and/or Management and Analysis of Disputes. * Desirable experience in Concession Contracts. * Desirable postgraduate studies in Contract Management or Planning. * Proficiency in spreadsheets (intermediate level), Project (intermediate level), and AutoCAD (basic level).
