A leading company in the infrastructure sector is incorporating a Civil Works Manager to lead large-scale projects in Catalonia, with availability for occasional national travel. This is a key position with direct impact on project execution and profitability. What will be your mission? Lead the planning, execution, and control of civil works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety, serving as the main point of contact for both internal teams and clients as well as management. Main responsibilities Comprehensive management of civil works (technical and economic planning). Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. Cost control, certifications, and variance analysis. Monitoring of schedules and milestone achievement. Direct interaction with clients, technical management, and stakeholders. Ensure quality standards, occupational health and safety (PRL), and applicable regulations. Technical education: Civil Engineering, Roads and Channels, or equivalent. Prior experience as a Civil Works Manager in civil engineering projects. Experience in railway construction is highly valued. Leadership ability, decision-making skills, and results orientation. Adaptable profile: candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered based on project type. Location and conditions Based in Catalonia.
