Mechanical Supervisor – South Europe (TGW Logistics Group)** The **Mechanical Supervisor** plays a key role in our on‑site project execution. Your main mission will be to **manage and supervise the mechanical installation activities at the customer’s site**, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality mechanical commissioning of our systems. We are looking for an **experienced expert** with a solid set of professional skills who can handle **medium‑scale and complex projects**, involving several product lines. You should be able to work autonomously, handle non‑standard tasks, and proactively identify optimisation opportunities. WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING **Main Responsibilities*** **Plan and organize** mechanical installation activities at customer sites. * **Ensure quality, safety, and timely execution** of all installation work. * **Troubleshoot and solve** complex mechanical and technical issues. * **Lead and coordinate** daily activities, including stand‑up meetings and personnel planning. * **Provide technical support** and act as a point of contact for project‑related questions. * **Train subcontractors, TGW employees, and end customers** on system operation. * **Prepare and review documentation**, including checklists, measurement reports, and construction logs. * **Identify improvement opportunities** and contribute to process and cost optimisation.
