Production staff are required for a packaging-sector company in Sant Pere de Riudebitlles. The position involves participating in the manufacturing process of cardboard packaging—from production to final packing—within an industrial environment equipped with specialized machinery that prioritizes safety and quality. Tasks are performed in teams during the night shift, supported by experienced personnel to ensure continuous workflow. From July to August, the schedule rotates between 06:00\-14:00 and 14:00\-22:00 to facilitate adaptation. Starting in September, the fixed night shift runs from 22:00 to 06:00, with statutory rest breaks. A gross monthly salary of 1700 euros is offered under an initial temporary contract, which may lead to long-term employment stability. Immediate onboarding is available, and necessary training for equipment and process operation will be provided. The work environment is safe and well-organized, encouraging communication and teamwork to achieve production goals. Night-shift availability and a responsible attitude are required. Prior experience in similar manufacturing, stacking, or product packaging roles is required. Immediate availability to join and to work the fixed night shift is mandatory.
