With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, we continue to grow and expand our team. We are currently seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Accounting Assistant** to support our Accounting and Finance teams. Responsibilities * Support maintenance of financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and expense reports. * Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and promptly. * Collaborate on monthly and annual accounting close processes. * Assist in preparing financial statements and reports. * Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure proper financial documentation. * Help track financial information and contribute to process improvement. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Prior experience in an accounting or finance support role. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. * Fluent level of English, both written and spoken. * Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Organized, proactive individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.
