### **Description** **At Q\-tech**, we are looking for an **AI Manager** to lead the strategy, adoption, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence within an international company in the cosmetics and personal care sector, currently undergoing an ambitious digital transformation. **We seek a professional capable of bridging business, technology, and people to turn AI into a genuine competitive advantage.** A strategic thinker with technical acumen and influence skills, eager to take on the challenge of driving cross-organizational initiatives with broad impact. This role will play a central part in identifying AI application opportunities, defining priorities, leading innovation projects, and supporting teams in adopting new ways of working powered by artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics. We are seeking professionals with experience in **AI, Data, Machine Learning, or Digital Transformation**, combining solid technical foundations with leadership ability, strategic thinking, and strong results orientation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design the AI roadmap and coordinate active projects—from ideation through implementation—participating in architecture and technical design decisions in collaboration with the Data team and external partners. * Lead internal evangelization and training initiatives, driving adoption of copilots, automations, and conversational agents. * Collaborate with the Data Hub team to ensure alignment between AI models and data infrastructure. * Act as the liaison with external technology partners, overseeing solution delivery, quality, and scalability. * Evaluate technologies and tools (Copilot, Perplexity, Gemini, Power Automate, n8n, etc.) based on real-world applicability and return on investment. * Define success metrics, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms to measure the tangible impact of each use case. * Foster a culture of responsible and sustainable AI innovation. * Participate in defining architecture and key technical decisions alongside partners and the data team. **Main Requirements:** * 6–10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Digital Transformation roles. * A track record combining technical expertise (e.g., as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or Architect) with cross-functional leadership or innovation project management responsibilities. * General knowledge of cloud ecosystems (preferably Microsoft Azure) and enterprise AI tools (Copilot, Power Platform, low-code automation). * Ability to analyze and prioritize AI use cases with ROI focus and technical feasibility. * Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders (commercial, scientific, technical, or executive). * Practical, results-oriented approach, with methodological rigor and discipline in project management. * Professional-level English proficiency. **Desirable:** * Automation expertise (Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, etc.). * Experience in applied AI projects within B2C, marketing, or CRM contexts. * Experience working with external partners or vendor ecosystems. * Experience applying AI in R\+D or industrial environments. **Conditions and Benefits** * Location: Barcelona * Hybrid model: 6 remote workdays per month * Working hours: 9:00–18:00 with flexibility. * Early Friday finish, and reduced working hours during July, August, and the first half of September. * Salary: approximately €68,000 gross annual (depending on experience) \+5% variable component * Additional benefits: high-quality free meals at the office, available parking, chemical industry agreement (22 working days of vacation), mutual insurance agreements to reduce costs, and an excellent work environment.
