Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Management Technician to collaborate in developing the food quality and safety culture, manage procedures, and support audits and training. Support audits and inspections and deliver training GRUPO GALLO is currently looking for a **Quality Management Technician** on a part-time shift to join our facility located in Sant Vicenç dels Horts. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the **main responsibilities** are as follows: * Collaborate and act as an ambassador in the continuous development process of the production plant's food quality and safety culture. * Collaborate in developing the HACCP plan and ensure its implementation. * Manage and keep up-to-date the applicable prerequisite program procedures, as well as the records they generate. * Ensure and guarantee compliance with the plant's IFS certification, support management of corrective actions arising from non-conformities, verify their effectiveness, and ensure compliance by all personnel. * Provide support and accompany during audits and inspections, where applicable. * Deliver required food safety training during initial and periodic plant training sessions. * Identify staff training needs. * Perform periodic check\-lists. * Support drafting technical specifications and product labeling. * Record data and manage the SAP system for internal and external analysis results, raw material and finished product inspections, etc. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Innovation and Safety / Food Science and Technology / Biology / Food Engineering or related fields. * Specific training in HACCP and food safety. * SAP knowledge will be valued. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * Required competencies: Planning, analytical thinking, attention to order and quality, problem solving, teamwork, oral communication, impact and influence. **If you meet the requirements and wish to further develop your career in a sector-leading company, this is your opportunity!**
