We operate primarily across three major areas: **water**, delivering solutions for both urban and industrial management; **waste**, transforming it into new resources; and **energy**, improving efficiency while reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** The **Innovation Department of Veolia Water Catalonia** is seeking a candidate whose primary mission will be to promote, coordinate, and implement innovation projects linked to the sustainable transformation of the water cycle, climate resilience, and collaboration with public administrations and technological centers. The Project Manager will be specifically responsible for the operational management of the European **REHUBS project** in Catalonia, supporting the **social innovation program and Hubgrade initiative at the Granollers City Council**, and developing new initiatives in coordination with operations, Veolia Water Catalonia’s clients, Aquatec, and Cetaqua, among others. **Responsibilities:** 1. Management and execution of the European REHUBS project Local representation of Veolia within the REHUBS consortium (weekly and monthly meetings); coordination with the Manlleu City Council and local HUB entities; internal coordination with relevant Veolia Water Catalonia and Aquatec staff; preparation of technical deliverables, reports, and presentations for the European Commission and project partners. 2. Social innovation and collaborative work with the Granollers City Council: support in organizing, designing, and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and participatory events; development of innovation proposals and their coordination/implementation. 3. Support to the Territorial Innovation Directorate in Catalonia: participation in idea generation and identification of innovation opportunities together with operations, technical teams, business units, and Veolia Water Catalonia’s clients; collaboration with Cetaqua teams on R&D&i projects related to water, digitalization, resilience, and sustainability in Catalonia; support in formulating fundable projects aligned with Veolia Water Catalonia’s strategic priorities; preparation of technical documentation, presentations, analyses, and internal reporting. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Chemical, Industrial), Environmental Economics, or equivalent. **A Master’s degree in Sustainability, Water Management, Innovation, or Climate Change is highly desirable.** * Experience working within an innovation ecosystem. * **Proficiency in English is mandatory (minimum C1 level).** * **Autonomy and teamwork skills** * Analytical and innovative thinking * Results-oriented mindset * **Flexibility** * **Facilitation of workshops and training sessions using Lean, Design Thinking, and similar methodologies.** **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * A strategic position. * Professional development within a high-impact environment. * Integration into a multidisciplinary team. * Stability within an established company. * A long-term professional project. * Flexible working hours. * Remote work 2 days per week.
