**Description:** ---------------- We are looking for an experienced Bartender with a passion for service and a strong creative spirit to join the team of our new cocktail bar located in Sarrià. This is a new project, so we are seeking someone who not only masters mixology but also wants to actively participate in creating the cocktail menu, proposing seasonal updates. We especially value candidates who bring fresh ideas and take initiative in helping select bottles, tools, suppliers, and generally setting up the bar. We are looking for a dynamic person with aesthetic sensitivity and excellent customer service skills, someone excited by the challenge of building a high-quality experience from the ground up. **Main Responsibilities:** * Creating cocktail menus and seasonal drink suggestions. * Professional preparation and service of classic and signature cocktails. * Personalized customer service, recommending drinks based on preferences. * Setting up, restocking, and cleaning the bar area before, during, and after service. * Monitoring and replenishing stocks of beverages, ingredients, and bar tools. * Compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP). * Order management and inventory control in coordination with the head waiter or F&B manager. * Actively promoting responsible drinking and maintaining a safe working environment. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender. * Specialized training in mixology or professional bartending. * Solid knowledge of spirits, mixers, botanicals, and premium products. * Experience in launching bars or developing new beverage menus. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Operational management skills for bar operations: orders, stock, inventories. * Proactive attitude, leadership potential, and a service-oriented mindset. * Pleasant appearance and strong communication skills.
