We are an AB-certified organic bakery producing a wide variety of naturally fermented sourdough products: artisanal breads, gluten-free options, brioches, cookies, Tropézienne-style tarts, sandwiches, panettones, and more. If you are passionate about artisanal work, fermentation processes, and crafting high-quality products, this position is for you.
