The Position The Communications and Events team at Roche Diagnostics Spain is responsible for leading the development and execution of corporate, internal, and external communication strategies, as well as overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of internal and external events in Spain—with the ultimate goal of creating value for our patients, customers, company, and society. Due to the need to manage specific activities within the Events area, the team requires the incorporation of an Events Intern. **Responsibilities** * Event Organization Support + Support in event and congress logistics. + Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain smooth communication with suppliers (event agencies, catering, audiovisual services, etc.), sales networks, and internal teams. + Coordination, preparation, and dispatch of event and congress support materials (roll-ups, promotional materials, displays, gadgets, documentation, etc.), ensuring correct timing and appropriate materials. * Event Satisfaction Analysis (Internal and External): + Data Collection and Analysis: Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting key metrics such as attendance, engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI), generating actionable reports to support strategic decision-making. + Collection and analysis of key satisfaction survey metrics. + Support in preparing the annual report. * Promotional Materials Management: + Sourcing and restocking + Stock control + Preparation of internal orders + Physical organization of materials to facilitate location and usage. **Candidate Profile Requirements** * Education in: Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Events or a related field. * Spanish and English, C2 level. * Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, or similar software is desirable. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and under pressure. * Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and active listening skills.
