File organization and support for corporate events We are looking for a person to provide reception support at a pharmaceutical company located in Barcelona. Main responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, managing and recording incoming inquiries. You will also welcome visitors, colleagues, and suppliers, ensuring their stay is pleasant. Additionally, you will participate in organizing and maintaining files and databases. You will be responsible for reviewing and registering invoices, comparing them with purchase orders and services for proper administrative management. You will also perform supporting tasks such as preparing simple reports and updating lists. The position also involves coordinating internal deliveries, as well as collaborating on the organization of corporate events, trainings, and meetings. Meeting room bookings will be managed, and logistical support will be provided for visits. The contract is temporary, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, on a split shift between 08:00 and 17:00, including statutory breaks. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * \- English proficiency is desirable.
