Production Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator to handle raw materials, operate machinery, package products, and collaborate in the plant's daily efficiency, valuing teamwork and attention to detail. Key Highlights: 1. Handling of raw materials and operation of industrial machinery. 2. Collaboration in improving efficiency and quality on the production floor. 3. Promotion of teamwork and attention to detail. We are looking for a person to join our production team. Main responsibilities include the proper handling of raw materials, ensuring their appropriate preparation and dosage for production processes. Responsibilities also include participation in mixing tasks, adjustment and supervision of industrial machinery to ensure proper operation, and continuous feeding of production lines. Packaging and labeling of finished products, as well as safe handling of loads, will also be required. The selected candidate will manage daily operations on the production floor, collaborating to improve efficiency and quality. Teamwork and adherence to procedures to maintain a safe and productive environment will be highly valued, as will attention to detail to meet objectives. Proven prior experience as a production operator is required. A forklift operator license is mandatory. Minimum education: Primary school. Experience in material handling and at least 2 years in similar positions will be considered an advantage.
