Operator for Powder Coating Plant

Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile operator for our powder coating plant, with skills and experience in lacquering and availability to support other departments. Key Points: 1. Teamwork and adaptability to different tasks We are a manufacturer of accessories for metal carpentry. We require a versatile operator for our POWDER COATING plant; candidates must have skills and experience in this field, and experience with spray gun lacquering in powder coating is valued (but not mandatory). Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Collective agreement for the steel and metallurgical industry. Responsibilities: * Lacquering small parts in a booth using a powder coating spray gun. * Organizing work to optimize the production line and avoid color repetition. * Supplying the powder coating line and performing color changes. * Cleaning and degreasing parts. * Quality verification and control. Inspecting parts and identifying potential defects. * Reporting paint and other departmental material purchases. * Maintaining the workstation in good condition to ensure safety. * Other duties inherent to the position. * Supporting other departments of the company, such as the assembly plant or workshop plant. Requirements: * Minimum prior experience in a similar role. * A responsible and disciplined individual, capable of adapting to different departments and working effectively in a team. * Availability for immediate start. * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
