Cleaning Staff for Gent Gran Residence (Morning Shift)

The Foundation for the Care of Dependent Persons is seeking to hire a person for the cleaning team at the Teresa Duran Residence, one of its assisted-living services, located in Cornellà de Llobregat. The working schedule is **part-time**, with an annual workload of **1,003 hours**, distributed across **morning shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.**, alternating between a **long week** (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday) and a **short week** (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). This is a selection process for the **temporary coverage of a temporary incapacity (IT)**, meaning the contract duration will be tied to the sick leave period of the person being replaced. The Foundation supports continuous team development through its own training and professional recognition programs (RAF and RTF), which promote learning, professional growth, and continuous improvement in care for residents. **Main job responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning tasks in various areas of the residence, following established protocols. * Ensure hygiene and disinfection of facilities. * Manage waste collection and disposal in compliance with current regulations. * Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. * Use cleaning products and materials appropriately, ensuring their proper maintenance.
