





Technical Architect \- Support for Construction Execution (Tenerife) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire a Technical Architect to provide support for construction execution in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. **Work Location** -------------------- * Santa Cruz de Tenerife Address: Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with possibility of occasional travel to the island of El Hierro **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support verification of on-site reception of construction products, coordinating required tests and inspections. * Support physical execution of the works by checking layout surveys, materials, proper execution and placement of structural elements and installations, in accordance with the project documentation and instructions from the site manager. * Support preparation of interim certifications and final settlement. * Collaborate with other stakeholders in preparing documentation for completed works, providing results of performed quality control activities. * Support preparation and signing of technical documents (e.g., monthly monitoring reports, settlement report, completion report, etc.) **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, under the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract enabling verification and certification of required professional experience. * Internship annexes enabling verification and certification of required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold an official Technical Architecture degree (MECES Level 2) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Technical Architecture qualifying for professional practice (MECES Level 2) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * At least one year of professional experience performing technical supervision of building construction projects. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, and Presto (to be verified during the technical interview). * Availability for occasional travel to the island of El Hierro. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified training in HULC or CYPETHERM HE Plus, totaling at least 150 hours. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Professional experience in at least one building construction project involving technical supervision of public residential buildings—such as hotels, residences, or camps accommodating 100 or more users. * Verifiable professional experience as a Technical Architect or Surveyor within Public Administration Technical Offices. * Professional experience in technical supervision of at least one building construction project. **Remarks** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 9 months, linked to the implementation of the assignment detailed in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union resources. + Full-time position Applications will be accepted from today, December 22, 2025, until December 29, 2025, at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
