The candidate will be responsible for leading the generation of new opportunities, designing innovative solutions in the Data & AI area, and accompanying clients throughout their entire lifecycle—leveraging expertise in data as well as strategic project management. **Key Responsibilities and Tasks** * Proactively identify business opportunities and develop commercial relationships in the Data domain (data architecture, data governance, data migration and curation, reporting, AI, etc.). * Design innovative, compelling, and tailored solutions for clients, aligned with leading market Data solutions and client needs. * Lead and coordinate PreSales teams in developing and presenting value propositions. * Prepare and defend commercial proposals, including responses to RFI/RFP, especially in the Public Administration sector (highly valued). * Opportunity to manage strategic projects within the Data ecosystem, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and on-budget delivery. * Focus on applying agile project management methodologies, fostering collaboration and innovation within teams. * Monitor market trends related to data to identify new opportunities and deliver differentiating solutions. * Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication aligned with business objectives. **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 4–5 years) in business development and delivery of data-related solutions (data architecture, data governance, data migration and curation, reporting, AI, etc.), with cloud orientation. * Prior experience leading PreSales teams and coordinating complex commercial proposals. * Demonstrated experience responding to RFIs/RFPs; specific experience in the public sector is highly valued. * Solid experience managing innovative and strategic Data projects. * Proficiency in applying agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Advanced communication, presentation, and client negotiation skills. * High-level Spanish and Catalan (mandatory); intermediate-to-advanced English (highly valued). * Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas, with possibility of remote work. **Additional Information** **What Can We Offer You?** * ️ You’ll join a large team of professionals driven by curiosity and motivation for development and programming. * You’ll work full-time with a flexible schedule under a 100% remote work model. ️ 22 vacation days + 2 personal days. ‍ Company-provided training to support your continued development and promotion within your personalized career plan.
