Job Responsibilities What will you do? * Sales, advisory services, and customer service, focused on conversion and closing deals. * Follow-up on quotations and sales opportunities. * Stock and inventory control. * Adherence to brand image protocols and promotional campaigns. * Achieving or exceeding the commercial KPIs set by the company. * Managing financing options as a sales tool. * Administrative tasks and cash register collections. * Logistics tracking and management. * Covering store operations in Tarragona, Reus, Tortosa, Vilanova, Cubelles… (on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, with related expenses covered). Requirements We seek professionals with experience in customer service and face-to-face sales, with a minimum of 2 years in sales. Result orientation, target-driven sales, KPI monitoring, and personalized advisory capability are essential. Autonomous store management skills—including opening, closing, and cash handling—are highly valued. At least 1 year of experience in the sleep industry is desirable; direct experience in sleep or furniture sectors exceeding one year is preferred. Candidates with solid face-to-face sales experience and target orientation in other commercial sectors—such as furniture, telecommunications, automotive, or home appliances—will also be considered. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency is preferred. * Residence in Tarragona or surrounding areas. * Personal vehicle required.
