The role’s objective is to operate from an operational management and coordination perspective with the social and healthcare systems. Specifically, Qida’s operational management includes: * Conducting remote or in-person physical, cognitive, and social assessments of cases, depending on circumstances, and developing Individual Work Plans. * Attending to, understanding, and identifying the needs of service users and their families at each stage of service delivery, as well as those of caregivers. * Monitoring and accompanying cases remotely and/or in person, depending on circumstances, according to established frequency. * Managing incidents and administrative tasks arising throughout service delivery, providing efficient and rapid responses via phone or in person. * Direct coordination with the administrative and recruitment departments for service management: client onboarding/offboarding, vacations, scheduling, absences, and other incidents. * Managing and activating associated prevention and care services: physiotherapy, speech therapy, Pensium, etc. * Participating in Qida’s cross-functional projects: process improvement, enhancement of work tools, creation of valuable content for blog, newsletter, etc. * Maintaining and developing robust channels for recruiting caregiving professionals. * Managing the recruitment process and conducting telephone or in-person interviews. * Assessing or rejecting candidates based on competency evaluations. * Supporting candidates throughout the process and providing guidance and feedback — empowerment principle. * Selecting a high volume of profiles weekly to cover services for Qida families. * Ensuring and tracking territorial results. If difficulties arise, detecting them and proposing mitigation actions.
