




Job Summary: We are seeking production staff with a disability certificate to perform various tasks on the manufacturing line, requiring proactivity, adaptability, and teamwork. Manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions will be valued. We require a person with a disability certificate for a position in our production team. Main responsibilities include various tasks within the manufacturing line, requiring a proactive attitude, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities will include preparing and cleaning molds to ensure they are ready for the process. You will also place technical components such as casings and separators, and assemble sleepers following instructions. You will participate in the operational maintenance of the production line, extracting components and performing other auxiliary tasks necessary to maintain production flow. Manual dexterity and ability to follow detailed instructions will be valued. This is a temporary employment opportunity with a work schedule involving weekly rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering morning shifts (06:00–14:00) and afternoon shifts (14:00–22:00). Primary education. Minimum 3 months’ experience in factory or industrial environments. Disability Certificate with a degree equal to or greater than 33%. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Physical fitness to work standing and to occasionally lift shared loads.
