We are seeking an **HR Generalist** for **BIG School** and **BIG IA**. Your primary mission will be to comprehensively manage the employee lifecycle across both companies. We seek someone capable of balancing the rigor of payroll administration, collaboration with external payroll providers, and tool management, alongside passion for driving career development, internal training, and team well-being. We’re looking for our guardian of efficiency and talent in **Barcelona (On-site)**! **What will your challenges be?** **Payroll and Hard Operations Management** * **Payroll and Payroll Incidents:** You will provide operational support to the HR Manager by collecting and consolidating payroll updates for BIG School and BIG IA. You will act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and collaborate on validating information before submission to the payroll provider, ensuring maximum accuracy. * **Tool and Access Control:** You will manage employees’ technical logistics. You will configure and deactivate access within our digital ecosystem (**Factorial, Nordpass, GSuite, Notion, Zoho, Scoro**) and coordinate hardware provisioning so everything is fully operational from "Day 1". * **Personnel Administration and Onboarding:** You will lead documentation management for hires and departures (contracts, NDAs, addenda, final settlement processing, and terminations), keeping our HRIS (**Factorial**) up to date. * **Compensation and Benefits:** You will comprehensively administer flexible compensation and health platforms (**Cobee, Sanitas**) for both teams. * **Regulatory Compliance and Internal Compliance:** You will closely collaborate with the HR Manager to monitor compliance with labor regulations and internal compliance policies, supporting required documentation management to ensure legal conformity. **Career Development, Training, and Culture (Soft HR)** * **Training Plans and FUNDAE:** You will coordinate the annual training plan for the BIG School and BIG IA teams (including language classes and technical *upskilling*), managing and processing corresponding subsidies with **FUNDAE**. * **Career Development and Performance Management:** You will provide operational support for launching performance evaluations and collaborate on tracking internal career plans to ensure our talent continues breaking through glass ceilings. * **Employer Branding and Academic Agreements:** You will manage internship agreements and academic records with educational institutions to attract and develop young talent within the organization. * **Culture and Well-being:** You will support workplace climate initiatives, cultural onboarding (*onboarding*), and the organization of internal events that make our daily life unique (PizSEO, BIG Party, etc.). **What would we like to see in you?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of generalist HR experience; experience in the *tech* sector or business schools is highly valued. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in **Factorial**, GSuite, and proven ability to manage incidents with payroll providers and training programs. * Exceptional analytical rigor and attention to detail for operational tasks, combined with natural empathy, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for contributing to your team’s professional growth. **What do we offer you?** * **Permanent Full-Time Contract.** * **Autonomy and Real Flexibility:** Your working week will run Monday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00, and Fridays, 08:00–15:00.
