The position centers on supporting and accompanying persons with disabilities accessing services, facilitating their integration process. Key responsibilities include informing, welcoming, and accompanying users while identifying new needs or areas for improvement in their onboarding process. This role is essential to ensuring a positive experience and continuous support for individuals, directly contributing to their access to employment and social opportunities. A proactive and empathetic approach is required, ensuring each person receives appropriate assistance to navigate available services.
Daily activities include tasks related to outreach and activation of persons with disabilities, such as registration support, platform enrollment, and initial orientation. Responsibilities also encompass supporting and managing personal employment plans, as well as enrolling and monitoring collaborating entities. Additionally, complaints and suggestions are handled, requiring effective communication to resolve incidents and continuously improve services. These tasks are carried out in a collaborative environment, coordinating with internal and external teams to optimize inclusion processes.
The ideal candidate holds a medium-level vocational qualification and demonstrates proven proficiency with IT tools, especially the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Customer service experience—particularly in multichannel contexts serving persons with disabilities—is highly valued. Key competencies include honesty and commitment, autonomy and conflict resolution, communication and active listening, proactivity and adaptability to change, organization and work quality, teamwork, and a collaborative mindset. The role requires the ability to travel independently and occasional travel to ensure effective coverage of required activities.
Medium-level vocational qualification. Demonstrated proficiency with IT tools: Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Multichannel customer service experience with persons with disabilities is desirable.
