We are currently seeking a CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER (BUILDING) in Barcelona.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and coordinate on-site construction execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and profitability according to company standards.
* Coordinate and monitor all contracts at each project phase to guarantee achievement of established financial objectives.
* Assume responsibility for adherence to the assigned annual budget, ensuring delivery of business plan objectives.
* Carry out initial project planning, cost estimation, and periodic reviews to ensure execution meets quality, timeline, and profitability requirements.
* Monitor construction progress regarding quality, schedule, and profitability; manage administrative documentation; and propose cost-optimization measures to ensure profitability.

REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Technical Architecture or equivalent.
* More than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Valid driver's license.
