We are looking for a person with strong learning ability, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Job Objective Ensure accurate financial data entry processing and compliance with accounting and administrative regulations, guaranteeing the reliability of financial information and supporting the company’s legal requirements. Main Responsibilities * Recording invoices and purchase orders in the Accounts Payable (AP) area. * Organizing, maintaining documentation, and managing supplier payments. * Reconciling bank statements and accounting ledgers. * Supporting the preparation of financial statements as required by the Finance Department. * Assisting in tax calculation and filing in coordination with external tax advisors. * Monitoring and reviewing the SII (Suministro Inmediato de Información). * Reviewing information flow between the CRM and ERP systems. * Preparing reports to support decision-making processes. * Proposing and implementing improvements in the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process. * Monitoring current legislation related to finance and accounting.
