This opportunity may be for you! ### **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a Systems and Network Administrator with at least 5 years of experience, preferably within the IT sector of an industrial company. The selected candidate will join the Digital Transformation team, participating in the administration, maintenance, security, and evolution of technological infrastructures. ### **Network Administration** We require experience in: * VLAN deployment. * FortiGate firewall administration. * Management of log collection systems, such as Graylog. ### **IT-OT Networks and Systems** Experience in: * Administration of Windows and Linux servers. * Active Directory management. * Scripting creation. * Troubleshooting and incident resolution. * Veeam Backup administration. * Azure and Microsoft 365 environment administration. ### **AI Administration** We also seek knowledge/experience in: * Management of infrastructure and privacy in AI environments. * Isolation of AI environments. * Securing AI environments. ### **What will your day-to-day look like?** Within the Digital Transformation team, your main functions and responsibilities will include: * Installing and validating communication infrastructures and IT resources. * Activating the Action Plan for infection/ransomware incidents (Disaster Recovery), following instructions from your immediate supervisor. * Reporting cyber threats and especially protecting the industrial environment. * Informing users about rules and actions necessary to protect infrastructure and data. * Collaborating in defining and installing corporate software, and carrying out modifications and/or optimizations of operational systems and programs. * Updating the infrastructure inventory record. * Checking server and network electronics operation to anticipate failures. * Collaborating in designing and configuring network, server, and industrial equipment infrastructures. * Gathering user requirements, guiding their needs according to company processes, and ensuring integration, efficiency, and validity in data management. * Capturing and adapting development programs to departmental needs. * Reviewing the proper functioning of security measures and responding to potential errors in backups or alerts. ### **What profile are we looking for?** In addition to technical knowledge, we seek a person who is: * Proactive. * Eager to learn and continue developing professionally. * Skilled at teamwork. * Problem-solving oriented. * Committed to continuous improvement. ### **What do we offer?** Contract and conditions * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary, composed of a fixed portion and a variable portion linked to goal achievement. * Partial remote work model, with an established policy of 20% non-presential work per month.
