**Job Description** **Job Title:** MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN **Occupation / Function:** Maintenance **Incumbents:** Toni Mejías/ Federico Talavera/ David Garcia/ Rafael Barberá/ Rafael Marhuenda **Location:** ADM WILD **Reports To:** Juan Perales – Maintenance Manager **Date: 31/03/2021** **1\. Job Objective** ***(This is the primary objective of the position; it must consist of no more than three or four sentences explaining the overall functions of the role)*** * Minimize equipment downtime / idle periods in production. * Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance on factory facilities and equipment. * Provide 24-hour production support when on standby duty. **2\. Key Responsibilities** ***(These are the keys to success—the main responsibilities of this role. Final outcomes must describe direct responsibilities and constitute the core elements of the role)*** * Continuous reduction of equipment / machinery downtime * Execution of maintenance activities according to work orders. * Recording of maintenance activities and materials used in work orders for subsequent analysis and management. * Participation in daily maintenance meetings (check-in / check-out). * Timely request of components, spare parts, and tools required to perform job duties. * Proper use of assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) and occupational safety gear in accordance with occupational risk prevention regulations. * Verification of delivery notes from various suppliers for materials, reporting any deficiencies to the immediate supervisor. * Submission of proposals for improvement of factory equipment and/or facilities. * Availability to perform standby duties to provide 24-hour maintenance support to production. * Oversight of appropriate usage of materials and/or equipment provided to external subcontracting companies. * Identification of maintenance tasks that can be performed by production staff (autonomous maintenance) and by trained personnel. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
