Quality Control Technician

Description

We are seeking personnel for a Quality Control position at a food industry company located in Ribadumia. Responsibilities include direct collaboration with the Quality Manager and the HACCP team, as well as maintaining up-to-date the already implemented quality systems. Quality control of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products will also be carried out, along with compliance with the internal laboratory analysis plan, involving sampling and inspections. Additionally, product traceability will be managed, and support will be provided during external and internal audits, among other duties inherent to this position. A full-time contract of 40 hours per week is offered, Monday to Friday, morning shift from 07:00 to 15:30, including a 30-minute break and rest periods established by law. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Technician, preferably in the food sector. * Knowledge of laboratory analytical techniques (physicochemical and microbiological techniques) * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * Vocational Training in Food Industries and/or Laboratory and Quality Control and/or Bachelor's Degree in Biology and/or equivalent. \- Knowledge of food safety quality management systems (IFS and BRC standards)
