Relevant prior experience will be valued. **Responsibilities:** * Sell home goods * Interact with customers and support staff to maximize revenue generation and improve customer experience. * Assist and inform consumers about promotions, including product selection and purchase, with thorough knowledge of organizational policies. * Perform store-level support functions, including stock handling, customer service, scheduling, daily operations, cash handling, and loss prevention services. Assist with processing online orders if a product is unavailable in-store. * **Previous Experience and Education:** * Prior retail sales experience, preferably in the home décor sector. * Vocational training or equivalent experience in customer service and sales-related fields. * Thorough knowledge of organizational policies, products, and/or services. * Experience processing online orders and managing inventory systems. * Training in styling techniques, personal shopping, tailoring, and product customization.
