Description

This job focuses on core activities within the textile and logistics sector. The main responsibilities revolve around the final preparation of garments prior to distribution—a key process to ensure product quality and accurate identification. Selected candidates will join a team whose objective is to meet the company's delivery deadlines and quality standards. The role involves systematic manual work in a logistics environment where organization and efficiency are fundamental values. This is an operational role that directly contributes to the supply chain. The company offers a defined employment contract and a structured work schedule, seeking candidates who can quickly integrate into daily operations. The workplace location is specific; therefore, geographical proximity or availability of personal transportation is critical for daily job performance. The contract is formalized from day one, with potential for continuous renewal until the end of the campaign—estimated to be in December. Salary is set according to the applicable sectoral collective agreement. Working hours are Monday through Friday, potentially in either morning or afternoon shifts, or under the 6\+3 schedule—six working days followed by three days off. Full availability for Monday-to-Friday morning or afternoon shifts, as well as for the 6\+3 schedule, is required. It is essential to have a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace or to reside in Arteixo. No specific formal education is required, but practical experience in goods handling tasks is valued.
