Backend Developer (Remote)

Requirements: – Backend development experience with Java. – Solid experience with Java 17\+ and Spring Boot. – Knowledge of Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, and REST API development. – Experience with microservice architectures, hexagonal architecture, and distributed systems. – Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. – Experience with relational databases and migration tools such as Flyway or Liquibase. – Experience with testing using JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Boot Test. – Knowledge of integration via Kafka or RabbitMQ. – Experience or interest in Generative AI, LLM, RAG, or multi-agent systems projects. Responsibilities: – Development and maintenance of backend applications, REST APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. – Design and implementation of solutions based on distributed and microservice architectures. – Development of synchronous and asynchronous integrations with other systems. – Implementation of security mechanisms, data access, and batch processing. – Containerization of applications and deployment in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift environments. – Participation in Generative AI projects, integrating LLM models and multi-agent systems. – Development of unit and integration tests, code reviews, and continuous improvement. – Collaboration with Architecture, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, and AI teams. Preferred Qualifications: – Experience with Java 21, WebFlux, and reactive programming. – Knowledge of Keycloak, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Oracle. – Experience with LangChain4j, Spring AI, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies. – Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Vertex AI. – Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and ELK. – Experience with GitOps, Argo CD, and CI/CD pipelines. – Quality- and detail-oriented mindset. – Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. – Commitment to continuous learning.
