You define us, you make SGS! **Job Description** We are seeking to incorporate a Business Director for the Trade area into our Andalusia team. **Your main mission** will be to organize, lead, and supervise the activities of your delegation according to the policies and budgets established by the Regional Director to achieve the defined economic objectives. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** **Management functions:** * Knowledge of the various operations and business lines of the delegation. * Liaison with the corresponding divisions. * Customer service and incident resolution. * Coordination of direct team (administration, inspection team, laboratory, central/product) ***Commercial functions:*** * Management of international contracts in the region. * Visiting current customers to ensure loyalty and follow-up. * Preparation and presentation of proposals. * Negotiation of service rates and scope. * Identifying customer needs and new services. ***Quality management:*** * Conducting internal audits: Operational Integrity, Product, etc. ***Team management:*** * Personnel selection, onboarding, training, and technical development of inspectors. * Supervision of work performed by your direct team, team management, and professional development. * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations. **What do we expect from you?** * Accurate, timely delivery of services with required quality. * Effective planning of resources (people, equipment...) * Meeting customer needs and fulfilling their expectations. * Seeking efficiency in management. * Customer retention. * Identifying service improvements and developing new services. Requirements Naval Technical Engineering or Industrial Technical Engineering, specialization in Chemistry, Agriculture, etc. * Additional training: MBA, efficiency, Lean... * Preferable experience coordinating teams, managing clients, and working in changing environments. * Proficiency in Office suite. * Essential B2 level of English.
