Main responsibilities include: Management and maintenance of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system. Conducting internal quality and hygiene audits, and monitoring corrective actions. Quality control of raw materials. Preparation and review of technical sheets, product specifications, and quality records. Supervision of compliance with current food safety regulations (BRC). Handling incidents, customer complaints, and supplier non-conformities. Training production staff on hygiene and good handling practices.
