We are seeking an engineer or architect for managing construction execution projects for a major construction project we have in the Valladolid area. In collaboration with the development of management areas under the responsibility of the Senior PM: * Contract management. Collaboration in drafting tender documents, reviewing offers, preparing comparisons, and recommendation reports. * Planning management. Partial schedules, monitoring, and periodic updates. Deviation analysis and report preparation. * Permit management. Collection of documentation, application, and follow-up. * Cost management. * Communication management.
