MISSION: Manage sales activities including information gathering, planning, selling and collecting payment for the product. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Country Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include market prospecting, planning and conducting customer visits, acquiring and following up with new clients, and maintaining the client portfolio within the assigned territory to achieve established targets. Negotiate commercial agreements, including prices, margins and terms. Generate new business opportunities aligned with the company's objectives and overall strategy. Prepare and meet the sales budget approved by the Sales Management. Control of expense budget. Manage collections. Request quotations from the Liaison, Commercial Coordinator or Sales Director. Manage and monitor tooling collection processes. Execute and follow up on commercial actions related to shipments in coordination with the Sales Director. Handle and manage external non-conformities and product returns. Analyze clients' businesses and identify comprehensive value-added solutions. Analyze competition, continuously update commercial information, and provide reporting. Understand and implement company policies and procedures. Customer service and commercial administration: Request and follow up on Cost Sheets and Manufacturing Sheets. Request, manage and follow up laboratory requests, samples and sketches. Monitor warehouse stock with delivery dates overdue and goods held in customer warehouses. Control finished product inventory. Monitor customer credit risks.
