Main responsibilities include: * Manage the complete product/service lifecycle: vision, roadmap, deliveries, improvements, and continuous evolution. * Collect and analyze customer feedback to prioritize improvements with a value-driven focus. * Analyze service KPIs (including NPS) to detect issues and activate improvement plans. * Identify growth opportunities with customers (upselling) and coordinate expansion proposals. * Drive digitalization and process automation. * Coordinate pilots and launches, ensuring quality and functional validation prior to each delivery.
