We are looking for the next **Network Manager in our HOME department in Barcelona or Madrid**. **We seek a dynamic and committed professional to manage our supplier network.** The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring that our customers’ expectations and needs are met, as well as process efficiency, through effective management of the supplier network. We are looking for someone passionate about analysis, negotiation, and continuous improvement, capable of holding regular meetings both horizontally and vertically, with an understanding of service dimensions at both operational and commercial levels. In addition, they must maintain close relationships with involved departments, fostering collaboration and development in a challenging and growing environment. **Your responsibilities:** ----------------- * Monitoring, tracking, and achieving network service and cost KPIs * Analysis of customer SLAs at network level and definition of corrective actions * Identification of needs/gaps to achieve KPIs * Management of customer company claims, guaranteeing response times and resolution rates * Participation in departmental activity reports * Monitoring and tracking of network debt to the company * Participation in and support for Supplier Network Training on management tools (REGULATIONS, RATES, APP and WEB) * Technical verification of claims (as per established procedure) * Participation in provider journey improvement projects * Execution of additional functions specifically assigned and defined by their Manager. **What you bring:** * Degree/Diploma preferred * Minimum 1 year of experience in Diversos business line and/or professional experience in supplier networks * Training related to the construction sector (e.g., Technical Architect or IRD qualification) will be valued * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel * Personal vehicle and willingness to travel To apply, click the ‘Apply Now’ button, then log in or create a profile to submit your CV.
