Implementation of improvements based on Lean tools Overview: Management and leadership of production operators, ensuring proper support to the plant’s production process. Responsibilities: * Control and coordination of packaging lines across different manufacturing shifts, ensuring compliance with KPIs related to occupational safety, quality, service, and cost. * Responsible for continuous improvement processes. Proposal and execution of process improvements and corrective actions for process deviations. * Lead and develop your team * Identify and implement productivity improvements based on Lean tools (5S, VSM, SMED, standardization, high-performance meetings...) * Plan, lead, and monitor the execution of projects related to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing, coordinating and supervising tasks to be carried out. Qualifications: * Engineering degree * Problem-solving individual with strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, and results-oriented mindset * Strong leadership and team management abilities * Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing * High level of English proficiency * Teamwork experience * Highly desirable: Knowledge of LSS, French language.
