TechTorch’s Commercial Excellence practices help transform lead to cash processes and system. **About the Role:** As the EU Commercial Excellence (CE) Practice Lead, you will be responsible for growing and managing our CE consulting business focused in European region. This role blends sales enablement, client relationship management, team leadership, and delivery. You’ll be a strategic leader helping to shape our regional go\-to\-market strategy while ensuring successful project outcomes and practice scalability. You may at times need to roll up your sleeves and work directly with teams to deliver client projects. **What you'll do:** Practice Leadership * Own the CE practice strategy in the EU region, aligned with global practice and company vision. * Build and manage a high\-performing team of Salesforce consultants, architects, and developers. * Act as a thought leader and evangelist for CE / Salesforce solutions across internal and client ecosystems. Client \& Business Development * Partner with EU delivery head, EU sales team, and delivery managers to support pipeline growth and close new business opportunities (provide pre\-sales support like scoping, estimation, resource modeling, and client proposal). * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Commercial Excellence/Salesforce assessments and implementation programs, providing industry best practices. * Conduct discovery sessions, scope definition, and solution shaping for client proposals. * In collaboration with practice and sales leadership develops offerings and accelerator Delivery * Act as lead architect on client engagements as well as oversee the successful execution of Commercial Excellence projects in the EU region. * Act as a first point of contacts for delivery managers to collaborate on resolving client escalations. * Support delivery excellence by implementing best practices in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. * Resolve critical delivery issues and maintain high client satisfaction scores. Talent Development * Support in recruiting, mentoring, and growing Salesforce talent within the region. * Establish training and certification pathways aligned with evolving Salesforce technologies. * Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Operational Excellence * Track KPIs including utilization, delivery health, and client satisfaction. * Drive initiatives to improve project efficiency, delivery quality, and profitability. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to support regional growth. **Who you are:** * 15\+ years in Salesforce consulting, with at least 2\+ years in a practice leadership or regional management role. * Proven track record of building and managing hire performing teams. * Proven track record of managing Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud. * Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, delivery methodologies, and go\-to\-market models. * Experience managing regional P\&L or practice\-level KPIs. * Excellent client\-facing skills and executive presence. * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Sales \& Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist). * Experience in private equity\-backed or mid\-market transformation programs. **Our Values** Our values reflect the DNA of the private equity\-backed companies we serve — focused on speed, ownership, accountability, and results. * **Client First:** We focus relentlessly on delivering outcomes that create value for our clients. * **We, Not Me:** We win together.
