Telecare Technician/Installer – Cuenca

We are currently seeking a **Telecare Technician/Installer** for the **Cuenca** area. Your role will involve installing, maintaining, managing faults, and removing telecare technology in users’ homes, along with performing related administrative tasks. **What will you do in this position, and what are your responsibilities?** * Install, repair, and maintain telecare terminals in users’ homes. * Provide technical assistance to users, ensuring equipment operates correctly. * Collect users’ initial data and update information as needed. * Explain equipment functionality and train users on proper usage. * Inform users about maintenance and cleaning guidelines for home or personal equipment. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract. * Full-time work. * Schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, with days off established by collective agreement. + Morning shifts: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM + Afternoon shifts: 2:00 PM – 8:30 PM * Flexible remuneration and a comprehensive social benefits package. * Join a young, dynamic team with an excellent working atmosphere. **The ideal candidate:** Must hold a valid driver’s license and reside near the specified area.
