**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman \- Civil Works in Cuenca **Work Location** -------------------- * Cuenca **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and prepare tasks to be carried out, and, where possible, assist in their execution. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements and layout work, monitor personnel and machinery productivity. * Monitor and control quality and Occupational Health and Safety. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process the supporting documents for the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever such information is necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (Bachiller), Pre-University Certificate (BUP), University Entrance Certificate (COU), Vocational Training Level I (FP I), Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FP II), or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Knowledge in Civil Works or Mechanics specialization * Valid Class B driving license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in Civil Works or Mechanics * Occupational Health and Safety training of at least 20 hours related to the position ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Experience in civil works * Experience in building construction projects * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Proficiency in virtual server storage applications (cloud) * Proficiency in operating elevated work platforms and baskets **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 8 months, linked to the implementation of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds + Full-time working schedule.
