DESCRIPTION A leading company in the **WIND ENERGY SECTOR** is seeking **MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL** for **WIND FARMS** located in **SISANTE AND CAMPILLO (CUENCA)**. **WE OFFER**: * Indefinite-term contract with a prestigious company. * **FLEXIBLE COMPENSATION PLAN**\-Fixed + variable salary (**MEAL ALLOWANCES** \+ **ON-CALL DUTIES** \+ **ANNUAL BONUS**, based on company profits) * Company-provided **VEHICLE**. * Opportunity for **TRAINING** funded by the company. * Working hours: **8:00–17:00 h.** (1-hour lunch break). **On-call duty once per month**, as scheduled. * Collective agreement applicable to the **IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY** sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Cover on-call duties as required. * Report completed work in the company’s O\&M management system. * Immediately report any safety, quality, or health incident occurring at the wind farm. * Analyze and interpret data and graphs from the SCADA system, as well as electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and diagrams. * Provide support to other wind farms across Spain. * Support major corrective actions and/or tasks outside daily operations. REQUIREMENTS * Medium or higher vocational training in renewable energy, electricity, electromechanics, or related fields. * Prior experience in the **WIND ENERGY SECTOR** is highly valued. * Training in **GWO** and **60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL)** is desirable. * Valid driver’s license. * Residence in the province of Albacete.
